These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the use of Short Message Service (SMS) communication services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by us (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") to the recipient (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

2. Client Consent

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Client provides explicit consent to receive SMS messages from the Provider for the purpose of communication, notifications, alerts, and updates. The Client acknowledges that these messages may be of a transactional or informational nature.

3. Frequency of Messages

The Provider agrees to send SMS messages to the Client only as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The frequency of messages will be kept to a reasonable minimum, considering the purpose of communication.

4. Opt-Out Mechanism

The Client has the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from the Provider at any time. To unsubscribe, the Client can reply to any SMS message with the word "STOP" or follow the instructions provided in the message. Upon receiving this request, the Provider will cease sending SMS messages to the Client.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Provider respects the Client’s privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Costs and Charges

Standard messaging rates from the Client's mobile carrier may apply for receiving SMS messages. The Provider is not responsible for any charges incurred by the Client from their mobile carrier.

7. Service Availability

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the SMS Service. However, the Provider is not liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or delays in the Service that are beyond its control.

8. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the SMS Service to the Client at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Provider may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. It is the Client’s responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for any changes.

By providing your consent to receive SMS messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All rights reserved. This is not an offer to enter into an agreement. Information and programs are subject to change without notice.
